Who an Ambassador will be

As a Kasadamo Ambassador you will be or have:

• Resident in the area where you apply as an Ambassador
• Previous experience within a luxury environment. Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
• Experienced face-to-face client service provider – you are at ease initiating communication with your clients
• Skilled in building long-lasting relationship with clients
• Driven and passionate about art and luxury furniture
• You have access to affluent networks of potential clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

Primary responsibilities

• Promote Kasadamo’s values, culture and philosophy
• Demonstrate passion and an excellent knowledge of our Kasadamo products as well as Kasadamo’s world
• Capture meaningful client data according to the Company tools (CRM), for the purposes of connecting with the client, building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual monthly sales targets
• Enhance and develop Kasadamo’s presence in your area
• Proactively follow current interior trends, arts trends, industry news and key competitors
• Act as proactive point of reference for estimates, lead-time updates, returns and invoicing of the product. etc.

Requested Profile

• Previous experience in Sales Management and in the Luxury Industry
• Resident in the area where you apply as a Leader
• Excellent communicator, with a strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Capacity to present an effective Action Plan, which explains how you would develop Kasadamo’s presence in your area. (Second stage interview)
• An initial investment of €10,000.00 for the exclusivity to develop, operate and represent Kasadamo in your area
• Desire to work towards a revolutionary vision that you love and strongly believe in

• Build your own team of Ambassadors, find the right people that will fit our culture and vision
• Motivate and lead your Ambassadors through a responsible leadership and infinite mindset
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of the Ambassadors’ strategies
• Monitor performance and initiate action to boost results
• Find new partners in line with the objectives assigned to your area
• Proactively follow current interior trends, Art trends, industry news and analyze key competitors
