To order our products send us your order request via My Selection Area or email us at info@kasadamo.com. 

 

You can track the status of your order by emailing your Ambassador. Our Kasadamo Ambassadors are here at any time, to give you the necessary updates.

Proforma Invoices will require a 50% deposit to confirm the order and the payment of the remaining balance is required to start the production.

Production time is between 8 and 12 weeks for furniture, depending on the product, and between 2 and 8 weeks for artworks.

Delivery time is not included.

Any date of delivery is only an estimate of the date of delivery, not a guarantee of a specific delivery date

Kasadamo will email you the estimated delivery date, once the production is completed.

That will depend on the products ordered, but usually we try to ship all pieces of the same brand at the same time.

As soon as the pieces are shipped, your Kasadamo Ambassador will inform you via email with all the contact details of the transportation company.

After your order has been dispatched, we will also kindly ask you for a contact of a second person. If you aren’t in when the parcel arrives this person will be contacted. (The person must be over 18)

Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries.

If you choose to take Kasadamo’s help in transportation, we guarantee insurance by the transport company. However, if you choose to schedule it yourself, we strongly advise you to get insurance.

If no white gloves services from Kasadamo; the purchaser shall notify his/her Ambassador at the reception of Kasadamo’s products  Please note that before signing the goods delivery document, the purchaser must confirm that the package has any noticeable damage.

If the packages or products have noticeable damage, please contact your Kasadamo Ambassador and the carrier at the reception of the products and provide pictures and details of the damages in written form.

If white gloves services from Kasadamo; the purchaser shall not open and unpack any delivered products. It is the white gloves services’ responsibility to open any packages and notify Kasadamo if there is any defects.

If the packages have any noticeable damage, please contact Kasadamo and the carrier at the reception of the products and provide pictures and details of the damages in written form.

Kasadamo will send you an invoice for the payment of the desposit, once all the details and requests of your order are confirmed and an invoice for the remaining balance to start production.

Payment shall be made by wire transfer only (in Euros €, in pounds, in Dollars $, in Swiss Francs) and a confirmation (receipt) of the transfer must be sent to the Ambassador.

The payment of the remaining balance can be taken as a bank guarantee

Prices always refer to a single unit and VAT is not included in the price. Legal tax and fees must be subsequently added to the price.

Please note that price excludes shipping and assembly service.

Purchaser shall not be entitled to return products without Kasadamo’s written approval.

All products can be customized to your needs. Contact one of our Kasadamo Ambassadors and they will assist you in personalizing our products, with the materials, finishes and dimensions of your choice.

Once you create an account on Kasadamo, you can see your orders, your whishlist and change your delivery address at any time.

Kasadamo doesn’t keep stock of its pieces. Generally, our pieces are produced upon request, so you will need to wait for the production time. However, on a case-by- case basis we may be able to fulfill your order immediately.

Kasadamo can provide upon request, our clean and care guide, for each product ordered with us.
